Function Description: In slab and strip rolling process, the axial force exceeding the standard is very harmful to slab/strip, which will damage the roll shifting and clamping mechanism, and affect the roll replacement, even damage the bearings of rolling mill. Strip shape problem or rejected steel will occur. The design of this product mainly solves the problem of unadjustable axial force caused by axial cross of roll system in the process of rolling, which is typically represented in strip/slab production. Product Description: A super-thin cyclinder with position controller is installed on the lining plate of mill housing in the outlet direction, oil cylinder action depending on the direction and the size of mill axial force servo hydraulic system of closed loop control system, through the system to realize the lining thickness adjustment, so as to make the gap between bearing & mill housing and alignment ajustable. Then axial crossing angle of the rollers can be adjusted. Finally the axial force can be adjusted.
